- Work phone number or personal phone number (when provided by your employer for service delivery purposes)

- Device information (hostname, operating system, IP address) for managed devices
- Account credentials created or managed as part of IT service delivery
We do not collect personal information directly from end users. All information is provided to us by your employer as part of our service agreement with them.
How We Use Your Information
Your personal information is used solely for the purpose of delivering IT services to your employer. Specific uses include:
- Provisioning, managing, and supporting user accounts and devices
- Delivering IT service notifications, including password resets and account changes
- Sending service-related communications via email or SMS on behalf of your employer

We do not use your personal information for marketing, advertising, or any purpose unrelated to the IT services we provide to your employer.
SMS Communications
In certain cases, we may send SMS messages to phone numbers provided by your employer. These messages are strictly limited to IT service delivery purposes, such as sending temporary passwords or account setup instructions. SMS messages are transactional in nature and are not used for marketing or promotional purposes. Message frequency is occasional and only as needed for service delivery. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. We may share limited information only in the following circumstances:
- With your employer, as the contracting party for IT services
- With third-party service providers and platforms that we use to deliver IT services (such as device management, ticketing, and communication platforms), under appropriate data protection agreements
- When required by law, regulation, or legal process
Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your personal information only for as long as it is necessary to provide IT services to your employer. When your employment with our client ends, or when our service agreement with your employer is terminated, we will delete your personal information from our systems within a reasonable timeframe. This includes removing your contact information, account details, and any associated records from our service platforms.
Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. This includes the use of encrypted communications, access controls, and secure platforms for data storage and transmission.

Because we process your information on behalf of your employer, requests regarding your personal data should generally be directed to your employer in the first instance. However, you may also contact us directly to:
